Dumoulin wins Etoile de Bessèges

Samuel Dumoulin (Cofidis) won the Etoile de Bessèges on Sunday as Niko Eeckhout (Sean Kelly) won the fifth and final stage. Eeckhout took the 145km stage in a bunch sprint from Valentin Iglinsky (Astana) and Hans Dekkers (Landbouwkrediet-Colnago). Despite his relegation in Stage 4 for taking the wrong way around a traffic circle in the finale, Dumoulin wound up with the overall victory by three seconds over Matthieu Ladagnous (Française des Jeux). Pieter Ghyllebert (Sean Kelly) rounded out the podium a further second in
